2. Description of Service

Sleep Agent is a mobile application that provides:

• Sleep sounds and meditation content for relaxation and sleep improvement
• Audio mixing capabilities for personalized sleep experiences
• Health data integration for sleep tracking (optional)
• Subscription-based premium features
• User account management and preferences

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Premium Features

Certain features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current subscription period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload or transmit harmful code or malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Health Data

The App may integrate with health tracking services to provide sleep insights. You acknowledge that:

• Health data collection is optional and requires your explicit consent
• We do not provide medical advice or diagnosis
• Health data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
• You should consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
